- It has amazingly good reviews for it's excellent meals
- La Sirena Snack Bar is locateda few stairs above and alongside the hotel pool. It has a delightful large terrace where you can enjoy à la carte lunches and a salad buffet with hot dishes and desserts, as well as paella and barbecue twice a week. Terrace hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

The Neptuno Hotel is for adults only, and has a swimming pool, sun terrace with sun beds and pool bar.
The beautiful dinning room serves buffet meals, with waiter service for the main course if requested.
The hotel has live music twice a week , team games,competitions, shows, a lounge bar and satellite TV, a pool table, table tennis & keep fit classes.

The Neptuno Hotel is located centrally in the resort.
- Next to the Yumbo Shopping centre, the largest on Gran Canaria, with its shops, restaurants, amusement arcades, bars, comedy drag entertainment bars, gay bars & gay clubs
- 500 metres from the nightlife shopping centres Kasbah & Metro
- Courtesy buses run to Playa del Ingles beach slightly over 1 kilometre away and to Maspalomas beach.
